After 14 years and over 800 worldwide allied base visits ONETEAMCF ( formerly American300 ) has entered a new chapter in supporting the Americas. Today ONETEAMCF is focused on Paralympic Sports development. With over 90 years of combined experience in supporting Olympic Sports, both Sean Colgan and Rob Powers have agreed that their encore life efforts be focused on the less developed Paralympic Sports community - a community that neither ever had to compete in. For nearly 20 years the Colgan Foundation has supported sports development in El Salvador with the past 5 years focused on a joint effort with ONETEAMCF.org
