Founders Message -

After 14 years and over 800 worldwide allied base visits ONETEAMCF ( formerly American300 ) entered a new chapter in supporting the Americas. Today ONETEAMCF is focused on Paralympic Sports development. With over 90 years of combined experience in supporting Olympic Sports, both Sean Colgan and Rob Powers have agreed that their encore life efforts be focused on the less developed Paralympic Sports community - a community that neither ever had to compete in. For nearly 20 years, the Colgan Foundation has supported sports development in El Salvador, with the past 5 years focused on a joint effort with ONETEAMCF.org. Our effort introduced Para Surf, Climbing, Skiing and Rowing to El Salvador’s paralyzed community, with the crowning achievement being qualifying two young men for the Milano/Cortina Winter Paralympic Games of 2026. As we turn over our programming to the El Salvador Paralympic Committee and Institute of Sport in El Salvador, our new focus is on returning to the US Wounded Warrior community. New in 2027, ONETEAMCF will be partnered with Norway’s Team Aker DaehlIe in what we are calling the TAD ONETEAM Project. Our mission - create a comprehensive “Life After the Games” program for athletes like Team USA’s now-retired 7x Paralympic medalist Daniel Cnossen, US Navy SEAL ret. who will continue his athletic endeavors by racing in the world’s ultra-marathon cross-country ski competitions, while being joined by other US Wounded Warriors in training and competitions as part of our long-standing mentorship program and Never Quit Series.
